I have over 10 years' experience in User Experience (UX). My clients range from UK Government departments to Fintech start-ups and FTSE100 companies.
I add value by designing and running programmes of user research to help my clients better understand their users across the digital design and development lifecycle. This leads to more engaging and meaningful experiences for users, and increased customer satisfaction and retention rates for my clients.
I have a Master’s degree in psychology, am a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS), and a recent graduate of the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme. I was shortlisted for the Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed (IPSE) Freelancer Awards in 2021.
My programmes of research have made an impact by:
Bridging the digital divide for disadvantaged families in the UK, to enable remote learning during the pandemic
Streamlining the process for British citizens getting married abroad to obtain legal consent
Empowering UK SMEs to secure the necessary insurance coverage for their overseas exports
Enabling civil servants to accurately assess grant funding applications from UK charities
Supporting national and regional governments in Asia and South Africa to develop reliable and transparent IT procurement processes
Ensuring the reliable enforcement of UK County Court judgments when debtors fail to comply
